Joel Michaels - Director
Joel is a Chartered Building Surveyor and founding Director of Joel Michaels Associates. He has specialised in Party Wall and Neighbourly Matters for over 30 years and has extensive experience dealing with large and demanding projects. Joel is proud of his diplomatic but firm approach to the party wall legislation, making full use of the Act to benefit Building Owners whilst protecting the Adjoining Owners.
David Reynolds - Director
David is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 20 years experience specialising in neighbourly matters having previously worked at GIA, Deloitte LLP. In 2014 David set up the neighbourly matters business at JLL continuing this niche area of expertise. David has extensive experience dealing with private and public sector projects acting for the developer as well as the neighbour affected by the development.
